          Ldlr KO高脂誘導模型

          Ldlr KO小鼠血清膽固醇水平,是野生小鼠的2~4倍。結合高脂(HFD-fed)飼喂Ldlr KO小鼠,可以誘導以肥胖、高膽固醇血癥為特征的代謝綜合征、高甘油三酯血癥和胰島素抵抗癥狀;類似于人NASH模型為特征的模型。
